Wheel of Life
About
This is a concept introduced to me by Aditya. I think it's brilliant, and I don't even know if I need to explain. I guess some explanation is needed. You should print out this wheel and think about each aspect of life (eg: "Finance") and rate how that part of your life feels at this moment out of ten. An astute observation here is that it's rare or almost impossible for every pillar to be at 10... or even in the high range towards ten. You might be working extremely hard at work, and finances, and relationship, and ran out of time to workout, so your health might be suffering. There can be tradeoffs, but when you are living a happy life where, say, your friend group is tight - you will hopefully find the extra energy and motivation to invest a little effort into an area you might have neglected. Hope that resonates!
