Colored Background / Profiles
If you have lots of terminal windows open you can easily get them confused. The use of "Profiles" with different background colors can help. Just go:
- Menubar >> Edit >> Profiles >> New
- Give it a name like "Dark Blue" and then under the "Colors" tab untick "Use colors from system theme" and set your background color to a dark blue.
- Create as many colored profiles as you want then close the popups.
- You can now right click any of your Terminal windows and select Profiles >> Dark Blue.
