About

A non-disclosure agreement (NDA), also known as a confidentiality agreement, confidential disclosure agreement (CDA), proprietary information agreement (PIA), or secrecy agreement, is a legal contract between two parties that outlines confidential material, knowledge, or information that the parties wish to share with one another for certain purposes, but wish to restrict access to by third parties. This simple form (see below) is very useful when you need to discuss an unpatented invention with others, but want to protect yourself.

INSTRUCTIONS: Cut and paste this form below into MS word (you don't even need to format it correctly) and then change the underlined bits.
