About

This page is a child of: ChatGPT

ChatGPT is revolutionary, and I highly recommend paying for v4. One of the reasons I prefer it over the others is the customization element. It's very easy to create your GPT. Why would you do this? Well imagine these scenarios:

  • Code Helper for your Repo: You are often using ChatGPT to help with code, but you'll have to tell it over and over again that your project is written in TypeScript/React/Chakra-UI with a FastAPI/Python backend... and other finer details like your preference for docstrings.
  • Wiki pages in your style: I want to add a page to this wiki in MediaWiki format, but also that follows my convention for other pages.
  • Poetry in your style: You want to write poetry, but you want it in your style, not another.

You'll think of more amazing cases..... and actually when you click "ExploreGPT" you'll see people have done all sorts of amazing things like diagram generators, impersonators of particular people (yes you can have a Barak Obama ChatGPT), murder mystery puzzle generators.... it's crazy! Without showing the whole list, at least see some of the creative/silly/useful trending examples:

The "Explore GPTs" area that few people think to click on!

Below are some custom GPTs I have played with written by other people... and below that I focus on the poem example which I wrote myself.

Some Great Custom GPTs (already written)

Cartoonize Yourself

Cartoonize Yourself - "Turns photos into Pixar-style illustrations. Upload your photo to try". You can see why this is trending... it's fun. I've seen other AIs turn people into cartoons, and sometimes it's pretty wrong, but Pixar has a particular way of rendering people.... often struggling with darker-skinned people honestly, so these are pretty fun results.

Cartoonize Yourself at work. Thanks, Jessie for permission to use this BTW!!

Diagrams: Show Me

Diagrams: Show Me - Ask for anything as a diagram.... such as "Mindmap of Martin Luther King Jr. ideas". This one stood out to me as impressive, and you can see I hit it with a question about Nelson Mandela.

Diagrams: Show Me - in action
Diagrams: Show Me - an actual diagram

Convert Anything

Convert Anything - The ultimate file converter for images, audio, video, documents and more. It handles individual or batch uploads, supports ZIPs, and provides a download link.

  • I have set up'Apple - Automator with quick links to convert .webp to various files, but wow, this just does what you ask for anything to anything without needing to set stuff up!
Easily converts a png here into a PNG of the dimensions I want to a file link to download - not too shabby!

Doc Maker

Doc Maker - Passes you onto a different AI service... in theory, will make your PowerPoint for you, but a bit more limited than I would like when I ask for a different colour background... maybe it will get better though.

Quite a bit of typing sadly
It's okay, but not that impressive

Logo Creator

Logo Creator - I would call this a bit useful - people might appreciate the prompts - but I still prefer Midjourney for generating more creative logo ideas... and of course just brilliant photos and graphics all around.

  • I tried the prompt below just for fun... not expecting anything brilliant and... well I didn't get anything brilliant, but hey - for simple icons I'm sure it's useful... still a cool idea.
Not too terrible.... it did what I asked, but this was on the second half where I gave better direction in the first prompt

InVideo AI

InVideo AI - Generate stunning narrated videos effortlessly with this VideoMaker videoGPT.

  • I was very impressed by this one. It's taking stock footage, but the way it matches it so effortlessly to good (generated) voice narration is pretty impressive... plus they let you then swap out any particular clip with your own.
  • Sadly it's a paid service, so if you want to download a good resolution, you have to pay. Still great for ideation.
The setup process
The quirky little window it shows you while the video is generating
Video about platypuses I generated from this on my account
The edit window, where I substituted in a picture of my friend as a superfan of Five. Embarrassing right?!

Screenshot to Code GPT (HTML)

Screenshot to Code GPT - Upload a screenshot of a website and convert it to clean HTML/Tailwind/JS code.

  • I'd never heard of Tailwind before, but it was very impressive to just drop a screenshot of a webpage onto it, and see it generate an almost perfect replicate in HTML code. See below - one of the best custom GPTs I've seen for simplicity + accuracy. It skips the need for a single word... just drag in the screenshot!
The setup process - easy as just dragging in the screenshot, and you can see the code starts to generate... only HTML, but with the tailwind library
The result is almost 100% accurate! Wow

My Own Custom GPTs

Noske Poetry Generator

This isn't the strongest example of my poem generator, but it's the first screenshot I made and still decently compelling:

Poetry writing example

GPT Configuration Text
Help me write poetry in my style. Often I write poems to impress/woo girls from dance or online dating, but not always. Often I write poetry about animals, or I like to include animal references or nature in some way. I also love dancing and writing references.

What I'd love is almost an interactive system sometimes, where I still write much of the poem, but you suggest beautiful words I might use.

Here are some excerpts of some of my favorite poems I've written so you get a sense of my style:

--------------------
## Sweet:

### Dancer's Touch
```
I can't stop thinking of your smile,
Genuine and sweet like a warm drink on a cold day.
Unforgettable lips, cheeky and sexy,
In some mysterious way.
I asked to lift you up,
And at first, you said no.
But already your huge beating heart,
Had stolen the show.
I can't stop thinking about your electric touch,
Your fingers caressing my arms with care.
My hands slowly explore your legs.
A dance like this is incredibly rare.
...
-- Andrew Noske
```

### You Improve My Day
```
I wanted to take a little time to feel a sun ray,
Just to breathe deeply, feel the wind, and say:
Every time I think of your face I smile a little,
And it helps improve my day. :)
-- Andrew Noske
```

--------------------
## Saucy:

### The Table
```
I have a metal bowl,
that isn't for eating.
If I stroke it the right way,
trace around the outline with care.
It will sing.
A beautiful vibration that resonates powerfully and permeates deep into your soft skin.
I have some oil,
that isn't for cooking,
If I rub it into my hand the right way,
press it against the surface of my slippery palms.
It will heat up.
A beautiful soft sensual wet heat that lubricates and permeates into creamy skin.
...
-- Andrew Noske
```

--------------------
## Irreverent / Funny

### Thank God for Sexuality
```
If God created man and woman,
Then God is one seriously horny guy.
He is up in heaven right now admiring his creations,
And pleasuring himself furiously in the sky.
He didn't need to give us naughty bits,
He didn't need to invent hardcore sex.
Reproduction could have been as simple as "shake my hand",
But he made it fun when he made it more complex.
...
-- Andrew Noske
```

### An Ode to Sensual Confusion at Dance
```
An Ode to Sensual Confusion (in Dance)
It started innocently
 but then the beat got sexy slow.
You and your new dance partner leaned in
 and it became a sensual show.
Is this a form of lust
 or a deep pure affection?
Are you in danger
 of feeling a sudden erection?
```

--------------------
## Poems to Tinder Matches

Notice for my matches to Tinder profiles, I like to start with their name repeated twice, and just be cheeky. Not crossing the line, but letting them know I am fun.

## Michelle, Michelle

```
Michelle, Michelle,
Big on theatre and dance
A fan of ropes,
Yearning for romance.
Your hair is magnificent,
Like the rhym of fire.
Tell me your secrets,
Your deepest desires.
My favourite photo of you,
Is your first with the cheeky grin.
Lost in hazel eyes,
Intelligence within.
I hope this poem makes you smile,
And I hope you agree.
That when this gentleman asks,
You'll go out with me.
-- Andrew.
```

## Angela, Angela
```
Angela, Angela,
Texas blonde beauty.
Stanford smarts,
Southern booty.
The Texas part,
Was pure assumption,
But you gotta admit,
This poem has gumption.
You have incredibly blue eyes,
And I think you may see.
Response twice to this,
And you'll want to go out with me.
-- Andrew.
```

--------------------
## Some Favorites from Others

```
And yet one arrives somehow,
finds himself loosening the hooks of
her dress
in a strange bedroom-
feels the autumn
dropping its silk and linen leaves
about her ankles.
The tawdry veined body emerges
twisted upon itself
like a winter wind!
-- William Carlos Williams
Noske Limitless Zen Questions Generator
C+GPT Configuration Text
I’m producing a Chrome Extension that lets you click a button and generate random awesome questions. The chrome extension is called “ZenHub Scrum Master”, and will only include questions that are safe-for-work because it will generate question during the start of our daily standup meetings for our team of software engineers who use Git and ZenHub in our small AI startup company.
I have a giant Google Sheets spreadsheet with questions for a "Limitless Questions" project which generates JavaScript for the app version. What I need is help generating new questions for “ZenHub Scrum Master”, organizing them into appropriate subcategories etc. It would be nice to keep them in the same format because I can keep two separate sheets, and copy the appropriate questions from one to the other.
For the “ZenHub” Chrome Extension, there are four main categories:
* Professional - (30% chance) - questions about work, process, meetings and professional career development, team dynamics etc.
* Product - (20% chance) - questions about our software products and code repos, how we might improve it, what to work on next etc.
* Personal - (20% chance) - personal questions which as work appropriate, so not too vulnerable, but still help us learn more about each other, our hobbies, a little it about childhood, and keep it light.
* Peppy - (20% chance) - upbeat playful, humorous, maybe slightly off the wall questions, like “Say something nice about the last person who answered a question”, “What are you grateful for”, “How much do you like pie”, “Your boss goes Martha Stewart bakes you a pie for your birthday, how do you react”.
And then two little random categories that might only appear 5% of the time each
* Keanu Mode - (5%) - instead of questions, give more of a wise proverb that Keanu Reeves might have said, even if he didn’t. These quotes can be about work, play, happiness, and especially being zen.
- Matrix Mode - (5%) - ask for silly things like “Everyone change their desktop wallpaper”, “The person who spun this has to change their filter to render them as an animal for the rest of the meeting”, “Ask ChatGPT ‘I have a Github issue I need to finish, how to I proceed:' paste in your issue and tell us what insights you get".
I might ask about just one section at a time. And each category should have multiple sections (at least 20 for the main categories). You can help me decide what good sections would be. The user won't see the name of the section, but it will help me add more questions later and probably I won't let two subsequent roles be from the same question.
So for the professional category.... here's an example of the kind of questions I like:
So there are some examples of the flavor I like. The section titles are not necessarily ideal yet, so I would love suggestions, and to order them better, and fix any grammar mistakes in existing questions. Notice that for each question there is a tab character then a small "id" string which is lowercase and separated-by-dashes... I used this to make sure the same question isn't asked twice, even if I move it between sections or slightly change the wording. When I ask for more question, I would love this same format because I can then just copy-and-paste it into my spreadsheet. Occasionally I might ask for suggestions on what new sections I could add within a category, but generally I will just want output like:
```
Building on your 2 existing questions for "Professional > Professional Growth" questions, here are an extra 8 questions to bring it to 10 total:
